Chemical Weapons : Compare Burma with - UN Investigation Team returns to the Hague from Syria,31 August 2013.

If Tatmadaw in the future, would again use the banned Chemical Weapons against ethnic resistance forces,
as they have done for decades.

Can we all expect to OPCW and WHO will send investigation team to the CW-affected areas of Burma's ethnic states?
To investigate what kind of Chemical Weapons used, the type of weapon that was used to deliver the CW's?
And who is quilty of the crime against CWC (Chemical Weapon Convention)?
In the same way, as when UN investigators were sent to Syria in late August, 2013.

Please see the OPCW article:

Fot what reasons, the international community never started investigations, to investigate the dictatorship regime all
Crimes against Humanity,War Crimes and violations of the CWC?
Burma has not ratified the CWC, but the UN Secretary General has the opportunity to act.

What became of the proposal that the UN would establish "Committee of Inquiry on Burma"?

Is it that all SPDC officers and officials, who all these years have committed gross ans systematic violations of all occurence
international law, been promised a general amnesty?
In exchange for the Burmese quasi-civilian regime assures some countries, the right to exploit oil and gas reserves
invest and start profitable business in Burma.

As everybody knows "money stinks not"!
In order to adapt to it, it seems therefore that some countries started with "forgive and forget" policy on Burma.
